Travel India
It’s serene, chaotic, confusing, magical, overwhelming, dirty, frustrating, beautiful, and life-changing all at the same time.
But we were once like you… traveling India for the first time and not knowing what to expect.
India is a big place to visit, there are many cultures among the same people, people of many colors, and big hospitality to provide. There is a variety of places to visit in India from monuments to rivers to valleys to national reserves and many more. The sand of Jaisalmer, the white marble of Taj Mahal, the holy water of Ganga at Haridwar, the aarti of ISKCON temples, the city of light – Varanasi, Tiger Safari at Jim Corbett National Park, the mountains of Spiti, tracking of temples like Kedarnath and Vaishno Devi, backward boating of Kerela and a very long list to visit.
It’s such a completely different experience — and if you’re not fully prepared, it’s easy to get overwhelmed and in seriously dangerous situations.
Some tips you can keep in mind while traveling India –
Only eat freshly cooked food. This is the best way to avoid getting sick due to bacteria or a parasite. Cooking kills everything.
Carry bottled water with you, never drink from the anywhere open tap or pots. Keep your appetite healthy as much as possible.
